Are you ready for a burst of color, excitement, and fun? We are too! Welcome to the Family Fun Color Run! This will be an event that seeks to bring families together to enjoy the beautiful spring weather and also create plenty of opportunities to capture the ideal family photo with everyone smiling. This is a free event designed with fun and family in mind. Our goal is to bring families together so they can connect with one another and spend quality time together building relationships.
We strive to add value to our community with each of our events. When you sign up to volunteer, YOU are making a difference. Families who attend our outreach events have endless amounts of fun and witness the love and compassion of Christ through your serving, we are the hands and feet of Jesus in Bluffton.
There are several ways you can help out with our Color Run this Year. Check out the list below, if you are interested in helping out, please fill out the form and let us know which area looks best for you.

We will have Hamburgers, Hotdogs, chips, and drinks during the AFTER PARTY. There will be enough for all of our amazing volunteers to eat dinner!
Friday, April 1st
Set-Up: 12:00-2:00 pm: We will sort through all necessary giveaways and make sure colored powder is ready for families.
Prayer Walk: 5:00-6:00 pm: Use this opportunity to pray over the space and event.
Saturday, April 2nd
Set-up: 1:00-2:30 pm: Create a safe, bright and fun environment for families to run the event
Registration (4-6 volunteers): 2:30-3:30 pm – Great families and ensure all registration is complete Ensure families receive race bibs, giveaway items, color powder, etc.
Hospitality (4-8 volunteers): 4:00-5:00 pm – Cook hamburgers/hotdogs. Help hand out food and drinks.
Color Station x5 (2-4 volunteers): 3:30-4:30 pm – Toss color powder on families as they pass through the course.
Leaf Blower Station (2-4 volunteers): 3:30-5:00 pm – Use leaf blowers to help clean up color powdered in the area
Security/Parking (3-5 volunteers): 2:00-4:00/4:00-5:00 pm – Ensure all families are safe and manage parking for incoming/outgoing vehicles.
Gopher Team (3-5 volunteers): 3:00-5:00 pm – Act as readily available hands to make sure everyone has all the things they need.
Photographer/Videographer (1-2 volunteers): 3:00-5:00 pm – Photograph the event
First Aid Station (2-3 volunteers): 3:00-5:00 pm – Be ready for any first aid as needed
Clean-Up/Tear Down: 5:00-6:00 pm – Help pick up trash and pack up all our event items
