2024 Bridge Fall Festival

Are you ready to serve our community?

Are you ready for a blast of excitement, fun, and meeting new friends? We are too!

This is a free event that we will provide for our community. We strive to add value to our community with each of our events. When you sign up to volunteer, YOU are making a difference. Families who attend our outreach events have endless amounts of fun and witness the love and compassion of Christ through your serving, we are the hands and feet of Jesus in Bluffton.

We will have family-friendly game booths set up, a bounce house, free play games, and more for people to enjoy.

There are several ways you can help out with the Fall Festival this year. Check out the list below, if you are interested in helping out, please fill out the form and let us know which area looks best for you.

Saturday, October 26th
Set-up: 11:00-12:30 am: Set up equipment, tables, tents, and signs.
Registration (2-4 volunteers): 1:00-2:30 pm – Greet families, encourage registration, hand out bags, and church information. This person loves to meet new people, smile, and help people feel welcome.
Game Stations x10 (1-3 volunteers at each): 1:00-3:00 pm – Help participants understand the station, make sure each participant gets a turn, hand out candy/prize, and meet people as they come to your booth.
Security/Parking (3-5 volunteers): 1:00-3:00 pm – Ensure all families are safe and manage parking for incoming/outgoing vehicles.
Gopher Team (1-3 volunteers): 1:00-3:00 pm – Act as readily available hands to make sure everyone has all the things they need.
Photographer/Videographer (1-2 volunteers): 1:00-3:00 pm – Photograph/Video the event
First Aid Station (1-2 volunteers): 2:00-3:00 pm – Be ready for any first aid as needed
Clean-Up/Tear Down: 3:00-4:00 pm – Help pick up trash, take down tents, tables, and tech items, and pack up all our event items.
