The Bridge Church Egg Hunt

Are you ready to serve our community?

This is going to be an incredible afternoon that will bring families together and create lifelong memories. This is a FREE event open to our local community, feel free to invite everyone you know.

We strive to add value to our community with each of our events. When you sign up to volunteer, YOU are making a difference. As a volunteer, we are the hands and feet of Jesus in Bluffton. Families who attend are guaranteed to have a great time but more importantly, they will feel loved and connected to our community because of what you are doing!

There are several ways you can help out with our Egg Hunt. Check out the list below and sign up for what works best for you.  If you’d like to make a donation, we are collecting pre-filled eggs in the connect center.

Saturday, March 23rd

Set-up: 4:00 pm Saturday
Set up boundaries and activities to create a safe, fun environment

Sunday, March 24th

Hospitality: 12:45 pm - 2:15 pm
(2-4 volunteers) Greet families as they enter, hand out bags, make sure everyone has what they need, and answer parent questions

Easter Bunny: 12:00 pm
(1 volunteer) Dress up in an Easter Bunny costume and pose for pictures with families

“Eggsperts”: 11:45 am
(4-6 volunteers): Set and reset packed eggs for each egg hunt, and make sure everyone gets some!

Games & Crafts: 12:00 pm
(4-8 volunteers) Interact with kids and families, help play games, and complete crafts

Security/Parking: 12:00 pm
(3-5 volunteers) Ensure the safety of families and the park. Navigate cars into the correct parking area

Photographer/Videographer: 12:00 pm
(1-2 volunteers) Capture the event with a video and/or picture

First Aid Station: 12:00 pm
(2-3 volunteers) Supply basic first aid if needed

Clean-Up/Tear Down: 1:30 pm
Clean and pack up everything after the event ends
